That’s some aggressive discounting going on. Seems to be a good all round car if not exceptional in any one area. I’d rather go this route personally:
Or, you could get propah V8 RWD Murrican muscle, if you’re ok with Italian reliability

The wagon doesn’t have the nice V 6 and the transmission is slightly better . And the wagons are not selling as well.

There are quite a few Chevy SSs for sale around that same price as well, most least than 30 K miles. I would definitely go for that as well.
Good luck finding an manual though.

When the fully loaded GT2s RWD/AWD start hitting the $ 25K -27 K range in a couple of years they’re are going to be amazing used value buys. I would definitely be tempted, personally.

Very interesting seeing this play out. Priced similarly but slightly different customer in mind, you can tell that by how much press Buick put into the GS having those certified seats vs Kia playing the 4 door sports car card hard.

2. Same for the Stingers
3. I tried to buy that charger yesterday...fuck Koons autogroup

I think the TLX is an interesting add here. They are the only competitor without a hatch but are likely to be worth more than 60% of MSRP after 2 years

GM sets their MSRP high to give dealers room to work with customers and make the customer feel like they got a deal. A
dvertising a price lower than MSRP is common in my area, so I’m not surprised other dealers do that too.

Buick needs a lot more than another Regal to change the majority opinion. They need to burn everything down in order to build something better.

But if they go too hard they might challenge Cadillac and that’s a problem (for GM, not the consumer) . So they will wallow in a state that’s just above mediocrity.

(The real problem is that I have no TV to be inundated with commercials, and relatively little interest in autos outside my beloved Jeep brand.)

Then it’s time to die. Go the way of Mercury. A mid-level luxury brand doesn t work anymore.

I have to pass a Buick dealership on my way in to work every morning. I’m consistently impressed at how not boring their new models are. I still don’t want one, but I respect that they’re trying, at least a little.

They need to make the 2018 Regal more like the 2017 Regal. Which is to say, about 80% less complete and utter failure . The remaining 20% is the inter-oh. Right. 80% less failure, 20% less blind cost cutting.
Oh, and maybe offer something resembling competitive pricing. Instead of this “NOPE. YOU PAY FULL MSRP. IT’S A HOT CAR” bullshit.

This is because GM doesn’t want to pay Peugeot to make cars for them. Somehow GM managed to write this one off profitably before they’d even sold one. Fucking amazing.
No-one is buying the Holden version either. Wonder how the Vauxhall and Opel versions are going?

Hey, I found this article by looking up my charger’s vin. I should say, my old one. I traded in that white 2017 for a purple 2018. I wish I knew who ended up buying it.

Can’t find it on their website. The car itself was extremely well cared for by me. Bought it with 4 miles on the odo and I put a much needed oil catch can at 50 miles. I also changed oil every 5 k miles (only had 10k when I traded it in last wednesday ). The entire car only has 2 tiny scratches on it and with 315 tire s, the best 0-60 I got was 4 seconds flat.
